Capstyle is a web-based photo transformation tool that uses AI to convert your photos into stylized art cards. The service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
You Can:
- Take photos and transform them into styled art cards
- Save generated images to your device
- Share your creations on social media or with friends
You Agree Not To:
- Use Capstyle for any illegal purpose
- Upload images you don't have rights to use
- Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
- Use Capstyle for commercial purposes without permission
- Circumvent any usage limits or access controls
Photos You Upload:
- You retain ownership of your original photos
- You grant Capstyle a temporary license to process your photos through AI
- We don't claim ownership of your photos or generated images
Generated Images:
- You own the stylized images created from your photos
- You're responsible for how you use and share them
- Some AI-generated content may have style influences; use common sense
Capstyle uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate images. Please understand:
- AI output can be unpredictable
- Results may not always meet your expectations
- Generated images are meant for personal enjoyment
- Capstyle is provided free of charge (for now)
- We may introduce paid features in the future
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service
- We don't guarantee 100% uptime or availability
Capstyle is NOT responsible for:
- AI-generated content that doesn't meet expectations
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Loss of locally stored photos (stored on your device)
- How you use or share generated images
Maximum Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any, which is currently $0).
- "Capstyle" name and branding are our property
- The AI models used are provided by Google (Gemini)
- Style names (GHIBLI, UKIYO-E, etc.) are descriptive and may reference artistic traditions
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in appropriate courts.
